Jodi Sansar Matrimonial Services ("Jodi Sansar", "we", "us", or "our") operates an adult matrimonial matchmaking platform.
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, or any sexual content involving minors.
This Child Safety & CSAE Standards page describes our policies, age restrictions, reporting process, and enforcement actions.
It should be read with our
Terms of Service and
Privacy Policy.
2. Adults Only — Age Eligibility
Jodi Sansar is intended only for adults of legal marriageable age under Indian law:
- Female users: 18 years of age or older
- Male users: 21 years of age or older
We do not knowingly allow children or minors to create accounts, browse profiles, chat, or use any feature of the Platform.
Date of birth is collected during registration to help enforce this restriction.
3. Prohibited Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in account action and, where required, reporting to authorities:
- Creating or attempting to create an account for a person below the legal marriageable age
- Uploading, sharing, requesting, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors
- Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to engage minors in sexual conversation or activity
- Misrepresenting age to access the Platform or to contact other users
- Using the Platform to facilitate trafficking, exploitation, or abuse of children
4. Prevention & Detection
- Age and profile information are collected at signup; underage accounts are removed when identified
- Users may report suspicious profiles, chats, or content through the app/website or by email
- Our team reviews reports of underage use, CSAM, and exploitation-related abuse
- We may suspend accounts pending investigation and permanently ban confirmed violators
5. How to Report Child Safety Concerns
If you become aware of a minor on the Platform, suspected CSAM, grooming, or any CSAE-related activity, report it immediately:

- Profile name, user ID, or mobile/email of the account involved
- Description of the concern and relevant screenshots or chat references (do not forward illegal imagery)

We aim to acknowledge urgent child-safety reports within 48 hours and take action as quickly as practicable.
6. Enforcement & Legal Cooperation
- Confirmed underage accounts are deleted; related personal data is removed subject to our
Data Deletion Policy and legal retention rules
- Accounts involved in CSAE / CSAM are permanently banned
- Where required by law, we will preserve evidence and cooperate with law enforcement and competent authorities in India
- In India, CSAM and related offences may also be reported to cybercrime / police authorities (e.g. via national cybercrime reporting channels)
